We want to use two important Adobe Photoshop players, Healing Brush and Patch Tool.

Sometimes an taken exquisite photo, but pimples and acne or other skin problems and scars seen in the photo reduce the beauty of the work.

In this tutorial, we’re going to learn how to use the Healing Brush tool in Photoshop with a few simple tricks and quickly improve your skin in the photo.

Why Use Healing Brush?

This tool is created specifically for this purpose and is included in Photoshop.

What Healing Brush does is to remove and replace the texture and the damaged part of the tissue from the surrounding area, which is great for keeping the skin’s color texture well and left no trace of the fact that you’ve used Photoshop.

Follow the steps below to remove your skin sores and acne by using Healing Brush in Photoshop.

Create a new layer

After you have entered the photo in Photoshop program in the menu section, select the software from the layer section and then the new layer

From the toolbar, select Spot Healing Brush.

If you can’t find the icon associated with this tool, simply press shift+J to put it in selection mode.

After you have chosen the Spot Healing tool in the previous step, in the upper bar of Photoshop, which is related to the settings of this tool, you will see an option called Sample All Layers, which enables Photoshop to use not only that layer and area but also from all layers and regions to repair a skin wound so that you can get a better and harmonious tissue. more with the original color of the ski

Make sure the Content-Aware option is selected.

To improve the quality of restoration, you do not choose another option because this option means Content-Aware is exactly the complement to the previous option, and combining these two modes (Sample All Layers and Content-Aware) will make Photoshop create a new texture for you with other areas and no one notice your photo has been changed.

Now drag the mouse cursive that forms a circle on the pimples and acne you want.

We also recommend that if you want a better result, zoom in a little on the image and the acne points you want to improve the quality of the work.

In the Gif below, you can see how to work with this tool to remove skin sores and acne and replace the tissues in the areas around the skin by Photoshop.

If you want to repair a much larger area or the area is such that you can’t use the circle-shaped tool to correct it, we recommend using another tool called Patch Tool instead of using Spot healing so that you can repair a wider range at once.

First, press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+E to merge the layers at the same time. (It required this action to make patch tool work properly.)

Now choose the area you want.

Once the region has selected (or selected), click on the area and drag your mouse out of it.

Now Photoshop automatically detects and creates a new texture for that part from the surrounding areas.

The result will definitely be fantastic. It’s easy to eliminate pimples and acne with a simple tool called Spot Healing Brush and Patch Tool, and finally save your photo in the same quality as before.

Of course, it may be hard to work with this tool at first, but with a little practice, you can get the best out of this powerful tool in Photoshop.
